In early May we played for Derek and Ruth's ceremony in the Honan Chapel, UCC.

During there ceremony there were a few traditional tunes, as Ruth is a Clare lass I believe, but not too many, as we know that a string group could never compare to the likes of the groups she'd hear in the Banner county! They cleverly found a happy medium between Irish, Classical and some more modern tunes.
Before the ceremony we also played "Concerning Hobbits" from Lord of the Rings as Derek is a big fan!

 |  After the ceremony, we all headed to the Clarion Hotel for their drinks reception. The staff, as usual, were amazing, and we also ran into a bride whose had us booked for her August wedding! We had a chance to chat to the beautiful bride and her lovely father, they and all their guests were so sweet to us all day! We were so delighted we could be a part of their big day and we wish them all the very best in their married life! ♥♥♥ |
