On 11 April we played for Claire and Brendan's wedding ceremony in Ballinspittle church outside Kinsale, Co. Cork. Claire wore a gorgeous lacy dress, and had three lovely ladies in one shouldered royal blue dresses. For their ceremony we played:

After the ceremony we went west for their drinks reception in the Celtic Ross Hotel in Rosscarbery, and played pop music for the guests until they sat down to their beautifully decorated tables! It was a gorgeous day and what a better way to spend it than at a wedding in West Cork! <3

Spring is here! On a gorgeous Friday afternoon we performed for Aoife and David's ceremony at St. Patrick's Church, Knockavilla outisde Innishannon. The music we played included:

Afterwards the newlyweds and their guests celebrated in Ballincurra House between Innishannon and Kinsale. We'll be back there in August for  a very special wedding - keep an eye out! ;)

On 28 March we played for Ray and Karen's wedding at the Church of the Most Holy Rosary in Midleton, Co. Cork. We were joined by the superb Aoife O'Neill, and for the ceremony we performed the following music together:

Aoife was fantastic to work with, and you can check out her personal website here. We had an absolutely fabulous time in the amazing acoustics of the church, in glorious sunshine, and if we enjoyed their wedding that much I can't imagine how Ray and Karen felt! Congratulations to you both! 

On St. Patrick's weekend, we took a trip to Tipperary town to play for Keith and Emma's wedding. During the ceremony Keith's mum read a lovely poem about all the adventures her son and now-daughter-in-law had taken, how they had met and all the travels they had taken together. Guests came from far and wide, (some in kilts as you can see!), a piper greeted the guests at the church, and when the ceremony got underway we played:

Afterwards, they celebrated for the evening in Dundrum House Hotel, while we headed back to Cork to watch Ireland win the Six Nations woohoo! A great weekend for all, congratulations to Emma and Keith! 

On 28 February we set off to the beautiful village of Crosshaven for Elizabeth and Ronan's wedding. Elizabeth's friend, local singer Caron joined us for the ceremony. The ceremony music they selected was:

As Caron sang Clown, the couple finished up their photos at the altar. We had time to grab the phone and take a picture as Elizabether took a moment to hold her baby who had been minded by family for the ceremony. The photo will never do justice to what a special moment that was - the beautiful music in the background, while we watched the photographer take pictures of the new family together on the altar was just so sweet! A fantastic ceremony in a gorgeous town, a wonderful singer with us, a fabulous wedding and a lovely couple. What more could we ask for? Congratulations to you Elizabeth and Ronan!
