On Tuesday 24 September we played in the privacy of Ballinacurra House outside Kinsale for Lana and Paul's outdoor ceremony. The weather wasn't in our favour but Dee & co had us well looked after and had a massive umbrella for us to play under! It was a such a personalised ceremony, with song lyrics read out by friends, and Paul's son doing a special reading. The music they chose for the ceremony included Air on a G String for the Entrance, At Last by Etta James between readings and Here Comes The Sun for the Recessional.
The weather stayed calm enough for the guests to remain outside for the drinks reception, and Lana and Paul took the time to thank us personally before heading off for photos at this gorgeous venue. We'll be back there next year for a family wedding, and are so looking forward to it now! The place looked absolutely spectacular and it really felt like the couple's home, with pictures of them dotted around the place, such a personal touch.
